Sept. 14, 2016 - High Court Asked to Rule on WOTUS Jurisdiction — The U.S. Supreme Court is being asked to make a decision on the Waters of the U.S. rule. Greenwire, which covers environmental issues, is reporting the National Association of Manufacturers has filed a petition with the Supreme Court to determine which court has jurisdiction over the WOTUS rule. A three-judge panel of the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has determined the federal courts have jurisdiction, not local district courts.
