What's better than a beer with your burger? How about beer ON your burger!
This recipe combines beer and steak sauce for a delicious topping that's sure to please.

Total preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes
1.5 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup beer
1/4 cup prepared steak sauce
4 slices sweet onion (1/2 inch)
4 1 ounce slices swiss chees
4 crusty rolls or hamburger buns, split
Combine beer and steak sauce in 1-cup microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH 1 to 1.5 minutes or until bubbly.
Shape ground beef into four 3/4 inch thick patties. Place patties in center of grill over medium, ash-covered coals; arrange onion slices around patties. Grill uncovered, 13 to 15 minutes to medium (160 degrees) doneness and no longer pick in the center and onions are tender, turning as necessary.
About 2 minutes before patties are done, brush them generously with sauce and top with cheese.
Serve your brew burgers and onions on rolls or buns with leftover sauce and/or condiments of your choice.
