You’re Invited: Friends of the Foundation Fellowship Night

The North Dakota Stockmen’s Foundation (NDSF) will celebrate its achievements over its first 10 years and the supporters who made them possible at the Friends of the Foundation Fellowship Night at the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame in Medora, N.D., on July 26.

“Since its inception in 2009, the Stockmen’s Foundation has been proud to support the state’s beef industry in a variety of ways,” said NDSF President Warren Zenker, a Gackle, N.D., cow-calf producer and cattle feeder. “It has provided college scholarships to our industry’s rising stars; offered disaster relief to those devastated by floods, blizzards and wildfire; and assisted families as they work to pass their operations from one generation to the next – all because of the generous support of so many people over the past decade. The Friends of the Foundation Fellowship Night is our chance to publicly say thanks and to share our vision for the future in a fun and relaxing setting.”

The Friends of the Foundation Fellowship Night schedule includes viewing of Cowboy Hall of Fame exhibits from 3 to 4 p.m., a social, silent auction and music by Beni Paulson from 4 to 5 p.m., supper from 5 to 6 p.m. and a short program afterward. The program will close in time for those planning to take in the Medora Musical or other area attractions on their own that evening.

The Friends of the Foundation event is free to all who believe in the mission of the NDSF: to support the state’s beef industry through scholarship, leadership, promotion, research and building projects. To claim your free tickets, call (701) 223-2522 or e-mail ndsa@ndstockmen.org.
